In the meantime, when you’re ready, I’m here to help you capture these fleeting newborn moments with love and care. I offer both in-home newborn sessions and studio newborn photography right here in Laughlin, Nevada — whichever feels most comfortable for your family.
Before your session, we’ll have a quick consultation to go over your preferences — from colors and props to any personal touches you want to include (or avoid). Every baby is different, and every session is tailored to your unique vision.
To help keep the space calm and focused, I kindly ask that you not bring extra friends or family members unless they’ll be part of the photos.
My studio space comfortably accommodates up to 4 people during newborn sessions due to props and setups.
Feel free to snap a few behind-the-scenes cell phone photos of your baby during the session to share with loved ones — I know how special it is to share those first few memories!

Session Policies & Add-Ons
Booking Retainer
A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.
Additional Images & Edits
• Extra digital image files: $50 each
• Full gallery upgrade: $350
• Additional retouching (beyond standard edits): $50 per image
Print Quality Guarantee
To ensure the best possible results, I highly recommend ordering prints through our preferred professional lab. Our print quality guarantee only applies to orders placed through this trusted source.
Travel Fee
If your session location is more than 50 miles from Laughlin, Nevada, a travel charge will apply based on the IRS standard mileage rate.

How many pictures will we receive?
You’ll receive a private online gallery with at least 25 professionally edited images to choose from, delivered within 3–4 weeks after your session.
Your gallery includes:
-Easy viewing and downloading
-Full print release for personal use
-Access to a trusted professional photo lab where you can order high-quality prints, albums, and more.
If you’d like more images than your package includes, additional photos are available individually or as a full gallery upgrade.
Do you provide outfits?
Yes! For newborn sessions, I provide a selection of outfits, wraps, headbands, and props. These props are all designed to photograph beautifully and keep your baby comfortable and cozy.
If you have a meaningful outfit, keepsake, or prop you'd like to include in your session, just let me know ahead of time. Personal touches help make your photos even more unique and meaningful.
Whether it's a family heirloom, a handmade blanket, or a favorite toy, I’ll do my best to thoughtfully incorporate it into your session.
For maternity and family sessions, I’m happy to offer suggestions, but I do not currently provide adult wardrobe pieces. However, I’m always available to help you choose flattering, photo-friendly looks that match your vision for your session.
When is the best time to have a session with a newborn?
The ideal time for a newborn photography session is typically within the first 10 to 14 days after your baby is born. During this period, babies tend to sleep more deeply and curl up naturally (perfect for those cozy, peaceful poses).
Booking your session early, ideally during your third trimester or soon after birth, helps ensure we can capture these fleeting moments before your little one starts growing and changing so fast.
If you missed this window, don’t worry! I also offer lifestyle and milestone sessions to celebrate your baby’s unique journey.
What if my baby is older than 20 days?
No worries at all! While the ideal newborn session is within the first 10 to 14 days, I’m happy to work with babies older than 20 days too.
Older babies may be a bit more alert and active, so sessions tend to be more lifestyle-focused and less posed, capturing natural moments and your baby’s unique personality.
Whether it’s a milestone session or a relaxed in-home lifestyle shoot, we’ll create beautiful, heartfelt images you’ll treasure forever.
What if my baby won't cooperate on the day of our session?
It’s completely normal for newborns (and little ones!) to have unpredictable moods, crying, fussiness, or needing extra feeding breaks. As a professional newborn and family photographer in Laughlin, Nevada, I’m experienced in working with babies of all temperaments.
Sessions are paced slowly and patiently, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and comforting your baby. I’ll follow your baby’s cues to ensure they’re safe and comfortable throughout.
Remember, the most important thing is capturing genuine moments and the love your family shares, even if it’s not perfectly posed.
If needed, we can always reschedule or take breaks to make sure your session is stress-free and enjoyable for everyone.
What if I don't feel comfortable coming to the studio?
No worries! I offer in-home newborn and family photography sessions right in the comfort and security of your own home. I’ll bring all my professional equipment, including carefully selected props and outfits, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
In-home sessions are perfect for a relaxed, natural atmosphere, capturing your baby’s unique personality and your family’s genuine connections in a space where everyone feels most comfortable.
